Ideally should be the number 1 bank in India. Compared to HDFC & AXIS BANK the customer service and customer handling level is 200% better than HDFC & AXIS BANK

Dislikes

At time some foolish people become regional heads and don't know the worth of talented employees. They simply trouble them by transferring them to one branch to another.

Well there will be monthly target no matter what designation you are at you should complete your target. And if it is on role job , for sales there will be no incentives how much ever you generate the income there is no use of it . What I say you guys is never join banking sectors if you are not interested in sales that to in a on role .

The company offers convenient office timings and a healthy work-life balance. Job security is reliable, making it a stable workplace.

If your performance is poor or due to office politics, you can be transferred on the same day without much notice. However, job security is not at risk. Additionally, while annual bonuses at the upper level are decent, for M1 grade and below, they are not very satisfactory. There is no incentive system at all. No matter how much effort you put in or if you achieve 110% of your business targets, or how loyal you are, it won’t matter. You won’t get a single rupee as an incentive. Training is not given to employees you have to learn from the existing employees even people 2 to 3 grades lower to you ,so a person always has limited information about a activity. You can we asked to do those activities that are for lower grades then you.

Working Culture is what I really appreciate here. Seniors maintains a healthy relation with juniors.

I do not know about other workstations or branches or offices of ICICI but the one I have my workstation, the washroom needs to be more hygienic I must say.

Work culture/environment were so toxic. Politics in everything. Monopoly/dictatorship behaviour of branch head. Missell hatch being practiced. Favouritism. Bad influence in personal life.

Worst work culture.they dont beleive in teams meeting. They will make you go to different icici locations just for meeting purpose which can be easily done over teams. Seniors dont have professionalism in their behaviour. Technology wise they are way backwards than other organisations. No inhouse development team. Outsource applications.

Appraisal Rating system not applicable to all employees, Every 3 year got promotion. No Favouritsm. No official politics.

Job security. Anytime manager Change your working location without your consent. If not perform then you can transfer any location PAN India (punishment trasfer) Any stream graduate can work in ICICI even without any Banking knowledge in past, can join and work in any department. It will indirectly hampers Customer service TAT and Quality.
