Lots of work pressure and no management support if your boss is taking the workplace as his own property and taking things personally, he would daily take you on the task and would pressurize you to resign.

Company culture is extremely poor. Your boss will use slang without any reason . You have to give your own salary to branch for completing branch casa targets. Unstructured targets. You will get a different target every day. Hr policies are worst . Your Hr will take no stand for you . As per choice of Regional Head or Zonal Head you will be transferred at any place any time. Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Post 2019 after the change in top level, there was a paradigm shift in work culture....... Taken the power of HR team and given it to sales team totally....... In result job insecurity increases and people whom seniors do not find suitable, has been thrown down to a mysterious department post FY evaluation where they have no roles to play and indirectly a pressure to leave the company
