Started 2013 in icici bank as aRHS in KCC business. I have total experience in marketing 25 years in icici bank given good knowledge in kcc business M1 to CM1 positions r received, bosses also very co-operative and given good knowledge till 2022 onwards business also done very good so promotions also received. any contest operate amgain maximum score am trained many kcc new employees every branch people also trained kcc business.many trofies received this is like very much job satisfaction and job security also is there.am proud to say work in icici hank as on 2022....Read More

After 2022 things are changed within year transferred to 2 products that is GBG then PBG. in GBG am worked only 5 months given RED tag and hold promotion bonus. transferred to Raipur chhattisgarh 500 kms away which is language problem.need to deal big customer and genarate crors of business recently my health also upset very much doctors confirm early parkinson .informed seniors and HR all my prescription send to HR dept those are not given any decision my family is in warangal. This is the situations happened job satisfaction and job security is gone every day we are in problem afraid of management. Many good opportunity are received but am ignore all opportunities this is the wrong I have done.present received signals from seniors and colleague's to change the organisation am also thinking like that only this is not good sign in icici organisation.
