Nothing. There's no clear goals set, nepotism for the existing employees. New joiners alienated.
Dislikes
Everything. No sense or sensibility in job assignments. They would hire you without a hiring plan and place you in a basic work profile ignoring your skills, experience, education. Nepotism at the helm of it.
Work Details
I was asked to do a job role which I was doing probably 10 years earlier. They are yet to understand candidates profile and fitment. Please be cautioned about landing up in a job role different to what you were originally hired for.
