Nothing as Such. Earlier heard Good Things about ICICI. But looking into present days scenario it seems to be a myth.

Demotions and Role Change without any intimation , consent and without taking into consideration about past experiences. HR’s role is Nothing. Just like a sleeping giants and henpecked husband. Future Career Growth is Nil. Anytime threaten to give RMG or Job loss. Employees are completely insecure about job and a few Seniors are taking decisions as per their own criteria. People like us were hired from other Banks by telling some role and after some time the role was suddenly changed to lower category. Actually ditching employees hired from other Banks. Complete lack of Moral Support and Guidance from Seniors. Zero intervention from HR . People like me had decided to join ICICI with retirement planning, but now it seems bank has decided not to provide that opportunity for long lasting relationship. I love to works always in this organisation but Management should think of it that employee who working in bottom or middle is also human instead of machines. HR Team should also listen and understand Need, issues, requirements or troubles of the employees instead of listening seniors bcz feedback’s always be negative if employee reached at HR with their requests and Bosses never be favourable on that. Company Culture like Unsupportive while employee need transfer due to health challenges. Work culture like few seniors have created atmosphere as they managing work place as they are working in Lala Company instead of one of big and reputable corporate. Pathetic thoughts or norms of the company that I have seen first time in last 16 years of experience that they have mind set to make employee in discomfort and purposely gives long distance work place from their residences.. my personal experience with icici that I was travelling 53 Km daily one side to do work and after that after reached to my place I need to work on field being Sales Manager. Unrealistic demands from sales team without having proper preparation and incomplete products features over and above competition with best player in market is all about useless trial that seniors are doing. Suggestion: Need Proper management to drive this big and reputed corporate of India. Specially seniors should also respects to teams who works with company and giving 90 percent of their times to his work place only. Here on Top it’s showing that my name will be hide while submitting this feedback but I have no issues if my name and details shows and even i want to let them those employees either HR or Seniors that recently promoted person and leave the job.
