ICICI Bank is one of the leading bank who takes care for their employees. Their Work culture and HR policies are at best. If anyine wants to grow and leverage the platform to perform in his/her best, u can join it.

Dislikes

No Dislike about this organisation. Just one point is that, if you are simple graduate then ur payscale is low campare to others on same grade. Little politics are there which is with every organization at time of rating and promotions.
