ICICI Bank is wonderful place to with enthusiasm and full of innovative ideas. I am grateful being a part of this organization as I get to learn lot of stuff about banking and customer relationship and many more. Company gives their employees growth depending upon work assigned to them. Colleague and seniors all are supportive as well as encouraging.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. If I'm not being able to attend my target I'm lost in the organization no one see the work you do them only want you to do business other things you do is good for nothing. For me growth is slow.

Hr policies are satisfied but the people at the work place are not good specially the bosses they never appreciate your work and keeps on criticise you, work pressure is so high i have to work for 12 hours a day which is so long due to this i always reached at 9 at my house Beside of this you dont have separate hour for lunch so that you can take rest for a while for the work....

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
