Likes: I have worked in icici bank Pvt Ltd as a phone banking officer, there um, cm and TL , entire unit they only want sales. They will ask to give service and service + at the same time , if the customer is waiting in IVR for more than 20 to 30min who they give rating and NPS they want rating service + and AHT no errors every thing they want, dear all we are not a god or something els to do this all. And they have gave work from home , but every time application will not even thow they want service+, every time every TL s will call for every thing totally it is vvvvv tocher to work here , but job security is 100% they will not remove even single employe<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If the employe is injured means life long they will pay salary to employ that is good and safe and provide good bonus also but work pressure is more and more </mark>
