Good pay and reputation being in one of the largest private banks in India. Job will depend on the team you are posted in. Well maintained office in Hyderabad with gym and large food court.

Dislikes

Since bank has to function 24x7, sometimes you might be called for work even on weekends. Meetings can get extended often hence don't expect a balance with your personal life. Other common problems associated with being a large company with lot of employees.

The work-life balance is good, but that is something that mostly depends on the team you are a part of.

They are not very flexible, the office building is huge but getting a workstation is almost impossible. There's no culture per se, you rarely interact with other people. And to make thing works, they recently made alternate Saturdays as workdays.
