For new commers there will be an open form to discuss and to share. At the beginning of joining no one will teach anything but suddenly they will leave mid of the sea. Also some kind of theraning needs to control.More experience people need not to be in same due to which new ideas might not accept by top management instead of encouragement.

Senior don't treat properly. Bank is good but some people don't understand how to treat with there team members that the reason to left the company and HR also did not call to retain or transfer to other department of I will get chance to work with icici i will be happy to work

If your performance is poor or due to office politics, you can be transferred on the same day without much notice. However, job security is not at risk. Additionally, while annual bonuses at the upper level are decent, for M1 grade and below, they are not very satisfactory. There is no incentive system at all.
