Team attitude, People here like to show off bossy nature, as if there words are final to any situation... People think they everything because, they spen too much time in ICICI work environment and process... hence can't adjust with new hires..., and hence show less cooperation... HR should take feedback from new hires about there work and team..

Good work environment and culture. Organization is Customer centric as well as employee centric. Organization has provides all necessary equipment and sanitizers, Mask to each employee and has taken very good Take care of employees related to health. I am very happy to be a part of a such organised Organization and team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
