Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting

Work load They never give seat to sit for employees other than branch head and front desk officer, Product team members just roam here and there to get login and work through laptop. Most of the time get wasted to search a chair in icici bank.

You will have to do multiple work at a time, office time is very strict for coming but not for going. You will be threatened multiple times for sending back you to HR, or getting warning mails and memos which make the job security very low for the organisation No work life balance good if you are bachler or not married

Well I’ve given 12+ years of service to this organisation but in return got minimal increments and promotions. Biased bosses and toxic work culture. No work life balance. Dictator way of dealing with employees. No HR support. At last they can bench you if you does not agree with your boss or management.

It is a brand whenever we reach to any client he atlist offered us a chair to sit and listen what we say where in other bank it is very difficult to convince about product.

Dislikes

Time of branch closure and Branch Manager screening is next to absorb every day branch closes at 8.30pm we reach home at very late hence we can't spend a quality time with family. Hence our enery label remains low when we enter into a fresh day start.

Employee management by sales and business instead of HR department and internal politics is the only reason of attrition of employees. An employee of I bank will never think to quite but the senior management internal politics forced them to quite because of honesty.

Work environment, behavior of senior like very cheap manner, sometimes there going exteam,with slang language, hr used to came in business related call, even they only listen to that particular senior who help them to remove employee at time of when bonus month came , there is no culture of incentive in icici but for bonus employeework for entire year, senior talking like this way "I will stop your bonus", due to HR join in business related complain call they don't have ample of correct data to support senior for their personal problems with subordinate HR discuss with any random wrong information later they said "oh sorry , this is not for you wrongly asked" There is no exact complaint about this bank but it is very pitty and disappointed that for some person Brand in under question, Organization should bias free , then why HR only support a wrong team leader...Read More

Culture is highly toxic. Highly autocratic supervisory and assembly line work routine. Employees are seen as work skippers or lazyheads. Knowledge, information or experience do not matter here. You just need to work like a machine. Work life balance of ICICI bank indeed one of the key area and culture was good enough earlier. Bank has change it ways of working since couple of years and still many things changing in sales oriented culture.

Not specific but culture of the bank has been changed drastically and demanding overall product has ruined actual DNA of ICICIBANK .
