Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

Bad Timing policies ..where puching time 8.30 am and there is no out puching. no leave for personal problem also even medical time also. No family life..Employee doesn't leave the company.. employee leave the company due to bad boss.

The culture and environment of ICICI Bank was so effective and good as a women working in icici bank that will be so relaxable anad passionate . No stressful job as compared to other competitive bank,the way manager treat us and making motivated is very calmly and understanding and polite.

I think management is taking wrong decision for ground level or what management asking is not exactly pass to the ground level. But lot of confusion is there. Also huge fear of location change is spread across all middle management.

No reimbursement either 3) Transportation options to the office at interface malad are very limited.Very difficult to get a rickshaw from malad station at peak hours as well as getting a rickshaw from the interface office in the evening is next to impossible 4) No work from home facility. Friendly culture in product management role. Work pressure is minimal and get lot of freedom due to backups present. Timing hours rarely extends. Overall superb for work life balance.
