Hiring policy is not transparent. Be careful. You have to visit office daily including saturdays. Some saturdays you have to work from home non officially due yo project criticality.

Post 2019 after the change in top level, there was a paradigm shift in work culture....... Taken the power of HR team and given it to sales team totally....... In result job insecurity increases and people whom seniors do not find suitable, has been thrown down to a mysterious department post FY evaluation where they have no roles to play and indirectly a pressure to leave the company
