1) salary lost of deduction. 2) poor managerial experience. 3) 9 hr shift timing but you will stretch every day. 4) Targeted job you have to complete your target on daily basis ,when you finished then go to home. 5) stretch shift 3to4 hr daily without any incentive. 6) If you go early next day they shouting on you and fire you. 7) do work without respect, no self respect to you. 8) manager not supportive.
