ICICI Bank is like a government bank in private sector. Job security is there. plus the HR policies are good. You can get infinite paid sick leave as well as medical insurance benefits. option for internal transfer is also there. Pay is good Learning opportunity is high in the initial years and stable growth is available

There is too much of hierarchy. However, it is to be expected as it has around 90,000 (approx) employees
