Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

I think management is taking wrong decision for ground level or what management asking is not exactly pass to the ground level. But lot of confusion is there. Also huge fear of location change is spread across all middle management.

No reimbursement either 3) Transportation options to the office at interface malad are very limited.Very difficult to get a rickshaw from malad station at peak hours as well as getting a rickshaw from the interface office in the evening is next to impossible 4) No work from home facility. They have malpractices. Will tell you sale your product any how even by lying about the product. Even in some hubs they torture female employees. As I was in credit department.
