It is just a Learning Platform to learn new banking products.

No Work Life Balance, Not following norms for COVID 19 rules like social distancing, work force to work with 50 % as and said by the Govt. They are calling every staff with 100 % work force to office during lockdown also telling that Banks comes under essential services and rules is not met for Bankers. Even though they can give permission to their staff who are in backend process to work from home during lockdown as all are given laptop to work and VPN access to work officially but then also they want all staff to work with 100 % work force. Slow growth, No Job Security they can ask you to leave on the same day itself if anything goes wrong or anyone raise his / her words against management. There are no staff or employee appreciation by Management. No proper daily basic facility at some of the branches and hubs in Mumbai like proper washroom facility and cleanliness of the same, no proper water, no air ventilation, switching off the AC after 6 PM and asking the staff to work till 8-9 and in month ends till 9-10 also. No work life balance. They just want the machines to work for them continuously and not human beings....Read More

Hiring policy is not transparent. Be careful. You have to visit office daily including saturdays. Some saturdays you have to work from home non officially due yo project criticality.

Post 2019 after the change in top level, there was a paradigm shift in work culture....... Taken the power of HR team and given it to sales team totally....... In result job insecurity increases and people whom seniors do not find suitable, has been thrown down to a mysterious department post FY evaluation where they have no roles to play and indirectly a pressure to leave the company
