No HR. Its difficult to report someone when facing issue in project because. You can raise issue to manager or higher manager itself. There must be a hr team.

The work life balance depends on the manager and work that you are assigned to.

There are no promotions until 3 of employment. For that again you need some industry training. After which managers will send your reference for promotion which again on account basis which can take time of a month, quarter or even a year.

Great, innovation driven culture. Lots of opportunities for learning. Great ambience to work and motivating managers.

Uncertainty over job. Poor promotion culture where some of the associates get promoted easily and for others it is tough as anything. The perks too are being given that way only.

A hybrid work model. No need to come to the office. We can complete as many certifications as we want. No restrictions on the hours I can stay at the office. We can punch and go back home.

Favoritism is based on location. If you work with Kolkata people, they will just make use of you. They will exclusively focus on negative thoughts with you at the end of the year. Technical skills should be the basis of the rating score, not employee based location. Promotion period is minimum 2 years. But it depends on your manager. Managers do coast cutting, due to this promotion delay. Hr is not available so we can say anything about any thing to hr. Manager is everything. You have to follow manager instructions whatever he want to do. Culture is bad due to manager depends.
