Work culture and environment is good in IBM.here we can mutually Balence our personal and professional life. In IBM they will support employees personal problems. Management team is understanding never judge any employees based on their life style, even though employees weak in skills in respected role. Managers and team lead will help us to enhance our skills. IBM policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of one year before which we cannot resign. Job training is not given to new joines. Salary hike expectation is difficult in IBM.

Work Details

The job is interesting and exciting for me initially because I started as a fresher in IBM. I worked as a storage admin. I am happy to be part of storage team. As I know storage is one of the interesting and trending tech in IT criteria.

Work Culture will not be comparable with any company. Company Culture is also very good.

When anyone got a best rating and after that no project has been assign. Then no salary hike. And for project it is very much bias. No experience or knowledge is needed only thing is how much you have link that help to get project. Workforce management is very bad here. Work force management doesn't have any information about the project. Afterall you can learn lots of things but not able to get any chance to implement in IBM. No work life balance Expected to work on weekends or be available in all weekends Designated company holidays Not given. No good appraisal. Employee favorism going on.. no opportunity given to other employees. They expect and encourage working long long hours.
