If you cannot deliver on time, kindly communicate. If there are communication gap, and things go wrong in regards with your deliverables, then you might land up in trouble. But management is quite friendly and understanding.

I had an excellent team to work with at IBM. The company policies are very employee friendly and were of great advantage to me. However one drawback with indian companies is the people who run it are only focused on their business and marketing the company well. Behind the scenes you have fresh hires wasting their time just coming to work for 9 hours and doing nothing. I myself was deployed into projects that completely runied my career. Not all students have the capability to discern what's best for them. understand a person's life and career is vital to them and do not play with it. forcing 100's to learn and adapt to technology that they are'nt taught and guided about is pushing them into a hell hole they will not be able to come out of. show some sympathy and help others progress in their careers a well...Read More
