IAER college hired their Principal who is really a good gentle man as well as he is a knowledgeable person. He is a genuine person, help everyone. Apart from this they hired few professor they are very good.

Dislikes

Each and everything is terrrible in this particular college. At the time of interview HR said they will credit salary by 7th of everymonth but it's credit 10th and 11th of every month. They hire employee as contractual basis and don't provide them PF ESI. A bunch of staffs are very unprofessional. They always gossip about others personal life , charector and financial status. They provide fake certificate to the Master degree students. They don't maintain duty hours properly, after duty hours board of management arrange meeting everyday and hold it till 7:30 pm to 8 pm. They don't provide Casual leave , earn leave, medical leave. Few of staffs take alchohol inside the office after office hour....Read More
