1. Salary on fixed date 2.if you are fresh or intern. You can learn lots of things 3.if you desire to excel and don't care about personal life then you can graw. 4. If you comes here for short term visions then good learn lots of things.

Dislikes

1. Poor management 2. No exit time 10.am to 8.pm average.. and 10.00pm,11.00pm on deadline project ( without pay) 3. Always make you feel guilty And after that they make you to do overworked 4. 3 -6 month is employee retaintion rate.. always hire group of employees after that every employee going to leave after 3 month. 4. No old employee is present.. because of toxic management. 5. No salary hike, no extra curricular activities, no extra talk, only work. 6. Always make you feel slave, then they are donating you salary....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperant. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonus every year. Lots of learning experience.
