Here are a few reasons why: - *Childish Directors*: The directors at Hyper Grocer (My Mandi) behave in a childish and unprofessional manner, which creates a toxic work environment. - *Poor Management Behavior*: The management team is rude and uncooperative, making it difficult for employees to work efficiently. - *Salary Delays*: Salary payments are consistently delayed, causing financial hardship for employees. - *No Full and Final Settlement (FNF)*: Even after leaving the job, employees are not provided with their FNF, which is a clear violation of labor laws. - *Poor HR Policy*: The HR policies at Hyper Grocer (My Mandi) are inadequate and do not support the well-being of employees.
