The company has always been really fair in terms of paying for everything that you do. Most of the employees are from various part of the world hence majority of team work from home only. Sales team is mostly on the run but due to Covid even they are working from home. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL.

Dislikes

They do not value their employees personal life and have no respect for their work. Managers and even the COO could use any kind of demeaning words to hurt you. You could work extra hours for company, you could do 15hours shift a day, you could work endlessly on weekends, you could work entire month without a single off or leave, YOU WOULD BE PAID FOR IT MONETARILY BUT NO RECOGNITION OR APPRECIATION SHOUD BE EXPECTED. They will only appreciate and recognize the work done by their own relatives in the company. THEY WILL FIRE YOU IMMEDIATELY OVER TINIEST OF THE NON-WORK RELATED ARGUMENT THAT TOO OVER THE EMAIL. Work Details

Acting as communication bridge between shippers and carriers. Verifying the credibility of any carrier joining Hwy Haul. Ensuring drivers have all required information before they pick up a load. Ensure timely pick up and smooth and on time delivery

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
