In early days, It was an organization where one would like to work. One person destroyed everything and made this organization worst place to work on earth. I think till the time he is there, company and its employees will keep suffering.

Dislikes

late working hours No increment for years if you don't ask for If you will ask for increment you will be asked to wait You will be hired for one specific role, during your employment you will be made to do all the trivial works. There is no job security. No matter how much of your time you give to the company, it will never be sufficient.
