Don't ever join this company They hire you first then tell you that it is a Pop up store Which will shut down if it doesn't perform. And when they decide to close the store they don't pay you. I and my team members didn't got paid for last 2 months. And whem you complaint about this to ARM/RM no one cares.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
