We also conduct monthly Tech Talks, which facilitates learning of newer technologies. In addition, you can also talk to your manager regarding your learning aspirations, as they will be able to recommend relevant trainings for you on basis the discussion. HSCians can also self-recommend training courses they want to get trained on and learn at their own pace. You can also approach our dedicated Learning & Development team to know more about such initiatives, as they schedule trainings & workshops for engineers on a regular basis. You can also talk to your engineering group head, engineering head or leverage platforms like Amber, Q2M, My Ideas Matter etc. to share your concerns and suggestions if you wish to do so, anonymously. Addressing the dislikes sections of your review, we would like you to know that HSC is a PCMM & CMMi Level – 5 certified organisation and in company of only a select few organisations. With a rich legacy of over 16 years, we have worked since our inception to create a collaborative culture where everyone is respected and each opinion, idea and suggestion is valued. There are set systems and processes in place to check and address such concerns. While we do understand that at times and for certain projects, the teams are racing against timelines which can precepted as “blame game” but in reality, could be the consequence of a miscommunication or it could be actually a root cause analysis discussion to identify the improvement areas for the team members & assist them accordingly to learn & upskill, for you may not be privy to all the meetings that team members have with your team’s manager or senior members of the team. Therefore, we would request you to kindly talk to your manager, engineering group head or engineering head to share your concerns as early as possible, for we walk the talk when it comes to following the open-door policy. We are among the handful of organisations that are PCMM & CMMi Level – 5 certified, built over a rich legacy of more than 16 years and on a steady growth path, we cannot be where we are now with “No Proper Team Management” or with “Everything Disastrous”. But at HSC, just like customer centricity, employee centricity also acts as a cornerstone to our foundational values. We are also fortunate to have HSCians who have been with us since our inception and the media tenure at HSC stands at an impressive 6.4 years. However, yes, we do agree that there are times when just like any other software and engineering services company, customer & at times, phase of the project do influence our working routine. What you may have misconstrued as politics could be a case of misunderstanding or miscommunication, which if you would have had talked about with your manager then you would not have been making generic statements on a public platform.
