Also, HSC lays strong emphasis on learning and growth of employees through collaboration with best tech minds, cutting-edge technologies to work on, exposure to global footprint - be it customer or onsite teams. We encourage you to talk to your manager who could guide you towards the Centers of Excellence, where in you can learn and interact with likeminded engineers to work & innovate on technology of your choice or by attending training seminars & workshops for engineers on a regular basis by our dedicated Learning & Development department. We also conduct monthly Tech Talks, which facilitates learning of newer technologies. In addition, you can also talk to your manager regarding your learning aspirations, as they will be able to recommend relevant trainings for you on basis the discussion. HSCians can also self-recommend training courses they want to get trained on and learn at their own pace. You can also approach our dedicated Learning & Development team to know more about such initiatives, as they schedule trainings & workshops for engineers on a regular basis. You can also talk to your engineering group head, engineering head or leverage platforms like Amber, Q2M, My Ideas Matter etc. to share your concerns and suggestions if you wish to do so, anonymously. However, coming to the cons section of your review, we find it a little cryptic to address and it is providing the readers with limited context of the issue you want to highlight. We would encourage you to kindly speak to your manager, engineering group head, the engineering head or for that matter, our MD, Mr. Vinod Sood, as we walk the talk when it comes to following the open-door policy. You can also share your concerns through our internal platforms like Q2M, Amber, Zero Hour etc. anonymously if you wish to do so. Dear HSCian, Even though you have mentioned that there is “not much” that you like in HSC but we would still like to thank you for rating us positively for the “work life balance” section. Addressing the dislikes sections of your review, we would like you to know that HSC is a PCMM & CMMi Level – 5 certified organisation and in company of only a select few organisations. With a rich legacy of over 16 years, we have worked since our inception to create a collaborative culture where everyone is respected and each opinion, idea and suggestion is valued. There are set systems and processes in place to check and address such concerns. While we do understand that at times and for certain projects, the teams are racing against timelines which can precepted as “blame game” but in reality, could be the consequence of a miscommunication or it could be actually a root cause analysis discussion to identify the improvement areas for the team members & assist them accordingly to learn & upskill, for you may not be privy to all the meetings that team members have with your team’s manager or senior members of the team. Therefore, we would request you to kindly talk to your manager, engineering group head or engineering head to share your concerns as early as possible, for we walk the talk when it comes to following the open-door policy. You can also share your concerns anonymously through the platform Amber and through other internal forums like Q2M, Zero Hour etc. Nevertheless, we wish many more years of your happy association with us.

Dear HSCian, While we are thankful for your contributions at HSC, we also find it to be quite unfortunate that you found not even a single aspect of working at HSC to be worth a praise or even satisfactory. We understand that different individuals have different experiences, but the fact that you have rated us poorly in all the sections and shared only generic points, shows the lack of connect you had with the organisation. We are among the handful of organisations that are PCMM & CMMi Level – 5 certified, built over a rich legacy of more than 16 years and on a steady growth path, we cannot be where we are now with “No Proper Team Management” or with “Everything Disastrous”. The very foundational values of HSC are built over the cornerstones of employee centricity and our long-term association with employees, vendors or clients is a testament to culture that we have very carefully created since our inception. Even though the claims that you have made are generic, vague and provide with very little information, we would still encourage you to kindly leverage the internal forums like Q2M, Amber or Zero Hour etc. to share your concerns anonymously if you wish so or talk to your manager, engineering group head or engineering head for we walk the talk when it comes to following the open door policy. We will share your positive feedback with our cafeteria team as well. Coming to the dislikes section of the review, we find that the comment, ‘Work Satisfaction’ provides us with very little detail and comes across as cryptic. For us to address your issue we would have liked you to share a little more detail. We would like you to know that Employee centricity is one of the key areas that we focus & work hard on. Our long-term association be it with vendors, customers or employees - some of whom have been with us for over 16 years and counting, are a testament of the same. None the less, we encourage you to kindly leverage internal forums like Q2M, Amber, Zero Hour etc. to share your concern if you wish to do so, anonymously.
