Worst company, no benefits. No job security. They pay bonus at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Dislikes

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.

Htc is best to start the career as it has lot of learning opportunities and many projects in hand.

Dislikes

Htc always bids projects shorter timeline and try to engage developer to work day and night which results in lesser code quality. Happens for most projects.
