Dislikes

Horrible culture. Manager does nothing, doesn't know much. Only wants to put pressure and put on a show in front of senior management. Comes to chill, gossips and gives reason to not come to office

Work satisfaction - Bad
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Work policy: Company says hybrid, but manager expects you to come to office every day, but they barely come to office. and even they do, barely work or put in barely any hours in office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
