Work culture is good, supportive atmosphere in terms of growth & professional development. Great onshore team to learn from and transparent management with clear defined objectives and strategy.

Dislikes

Poor pay Master as compared to competitors. Much of the responsibilities & ownership is pushed to lower management while higher management enjoys high salary and great perks. Very low opportunity for business travel and personal interaction is missing between you & your stake holders (which hinders rapport building). Too hierarchical, complacent culture, Inequality in distribution of work and career opportunities provided to external employees even when there are capable resources within the team. Incapable/ poor leadership within the function. Preference only to CA's whether the person is capable or incapable when it comes to work.Favouritism and disrespectful behaviour from the Senior Leads. Punitive and negative reinforcement to get tasks completed. Good work is not acknowledged or appreciated. Poor Governance - No one monitors the actions, accountability and responsibilities if fulfilled by Senior Leads.Favouritism to the core. Internal politics, mud slinging and unhealthy competition between the leads for their career progression within the function across the globe leading to poor synergy and collective performance. Management is a mix of bad and good. After you are promoted to managerial level you are expect to know about 80percent of your responsibility that you were never exposed to. The compensation is too poor compare to any other company but you will have mountenious responsibility.

Dislikes

Pay package- it is peanuts compare to other companies of same stature and work politics. Transport is free within a certain time but if your shift is outside that time window you need to travel to nodal point on your own to get the transport.

Good working environment. Management is supportive to build the future skills in employees and enables them with required trainings to equip with. Comp and benefits are also good in comparison to markets.

Dislikes

As such have not faced any issues while working here. The policies are quite employee friendly. Only thing i feel improvement area is that employees hardly know about the HR representatives in case of any issues.
