It was good working for the company. Salary was fine, however appraisal was not that good but it’s okay.It was a good time tho I learned with my peers to handle a client well and also escalations, and participated in various on site activities. Breakfast was free on site.

Dislikes

I was forced to abscond from previous company as I wasn’t able to serve the notice period there due to offer letter given and immediate joining which was compensated with my experience where I had lesser years of working than required. Canteen food coupon was given but at a higher cost than my last company. Appraisal was low. No Insurance given which proved disadvantageous for me as during my last working days I was diagnosed with infection and had to be operated where I needed to throw in my hard earned savings in cash as mediclaim insurance was not there in my CTC....Read More
