The worst part is the toxic environment cultivated by the company. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment they resort to personal attack to personal attack on employees private lives, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and mistreat. There is a systematic approach to dealing with every problem that properly follows all hierarchical checkpoints, which sometimes becomes a bit cumbersome & time consuming.

The company culture is very good in hitech. they celebrate each and every festival with lot of joy. if you are a person who enjoy cafe alot. they have seprate floor for that and you can do lot of activities over there.
