Working at Hitech Digital is great. My teammates and colleagues are very friendly, all my managers are very supportive. They try to encourage all team members which makes it a positive place to work. There are lots of thing in this company to dislike but one of the most common thing is toxic work culture, harrasment and pressuring for leaving job in engineering department. I have very bad experience with Pratik soni Team leader, I had never seen this type of grumpy and snotty personality , if you do something wrong or against him then he"ll cross all limits and Harrassing you to quit the job , Very toxic work culture in this company, All seniors must learn leadership qualities and Manners of talking. It was my mistake to join this company from my previous one , very very toxic Work culture, Money doesn't matter if your working culture is toxic. Leave policies are so worst, it is not easiest to get leave approval from seniors. I hope to see improvements in leadership quality in Team leads, in the future to create a more positive and supportive environment for all employees....Read More

Hitech is one of a few companies for mechanical engineers which gives the vibe of working at an IT company. One gets many opportunities to learn different skillsets as well as try new projects of interest. The work culture is the best thing about Hitech. everyone is approachable and everyone is heard.
