The worst part is the toxic environment cultivated by the company. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment they resort to personal attack to personal attack on employees private lives, creating a toxic atmosphere of fear and mistreat. Honestly there’s very little to like. The only thing I’d say is good is that the salary comes in time.

There’s so much to write here, less pay, terrible work hours, no respect of work shift or people, disrespectful behavior from Team Leaders, they expect 16hrs of work efficiency out of people with a pay of barely 17k a month. It’s pathetic. I worked for a few months but I’m glad I gave my resignation as did a few of my other colleagues. If you want to grow in a company, this is not it.

The company culture is very good in hitech. they celebrate each and every festival with lot of joy. if you are a person who enjoy cafe alot. they have seprate floor for that and you can do lot of activities over there.
