No supporting as on customer project teams, Worst appraisal (only 1 appraisal in last 4 years) , No one in management to support or listener, if customer harassment to customer site engineers no one support from management they lost own jobs, management is not transparent, no salary hike if we take sound then they threatens to kickout from job.
Dislikes
Lot of politics, doesn't address our issues, Worst management for juniors, salary was not decent also career growth.

Compulsion due to needy of this job because of family problems. Still employee here without salary hikes. I spending near about 5 years here as only 1 appraisal got.
