Worked in application performance monitoring domain where good opportunities were provided and also company has good culture.

Dislikes

Office politics is very bad also company will give annual appraisal and 18 months bond with it also appraisal letter and incremental salary’s is disclosed after 3 months of appraisal. Very limited number of projects currently in APM domain.

This is lala company. They have few resources to work 24 X7 support. Managment are unprofessional and misbehave with staff.Satish Kaul always abuse junior staff and hold salary every time. Don't join this company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
