There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

I must admit they will give a good chance in learning new things skill development and job security is good here.

This organisation is biggest mistake i made. Overall this is not good, don't make your decision on brand Value this organisation is not worth. There is no proper HR policies employees are not satisfied they do not value there employees infact they will promise you a lot before hiring you but then once you enter the organisation thenyou will realise what mess it is. They do not withstand there words. If you say them that you are not satisfied they will tell you leave the company.
