I have given my 4years at HGS. It's very flexible. Wherever you can take laptop or system to work, they do fun Friday to motivate employee, In the Hgs very much friendly environment having. There is job security nobody can fired you. Good place to work at HGS.

Dislikes

There is salary increment, and promotion too much low amount they increase and you were very hard working still they want to tell you after 5years you can get promotion. This part I don't feel like to stay here.
