One of the best organisation to start carrier. After two years will become laiblity to company. Because seniors do the same thing in doubl salary which freshers can do it in less salary.

Dislikes

Most of the supervisor are hired from inside, who do not have much experience on people management. They take personal if you are suggesting or sharing any idea.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
