I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The growth is very slow, there is no unity in team member. Work pressure always high, there is no any training service for fresher...Work environment is not very good...
