If I want to give you a proper review then I feel like I have to send a letter for that boss I just pray to God give her some basic humanity as a human being .. If we talk about the culture of High Sky, then it is very toxic it can make you a patient ..it can't be a therapy center after working in high sky you should take counseling for your mental health ...in the first 3 Month you feel like high sky is like heaven and the Boss she's your GOD but when your provision period is over you can see her that hidden fake face ...she feel like she paying you and she can behave with you according to her .. in some meetings she will even tell her employee that she's giving us restroom to use and we are not capable to use that also ...she giving chair to sit us it's her greatness that she's giving us that much opportunity As a human being who can say this kind of statement to their employees... So I feel she's dealing with some mental disorder please God Grace her ... Now I came to talk about her few pet those she hire for bitching about her stuff . They don't have any other work they will go to their boss and bitching about other employ . these people will try their best to dominate you. She will take your certificate and if you want to leave the job she will tell you that she will not give your certificate and as well as salary. Few of my colleague left there job and went without salary. Few therapist are there who is not even capable for that job but they are her favourite and she will make you feel like you are not capable because you joined after them and who doesn't have any skill they are capable because they joined before you and they are her favourites. Other people can't use phone rather than her favourites...the Boss will portray like her favourite one use phone for someone emergency and others will use it for entertainment but how much we saw her so called favourite employees always in Snapchat or Instagram....I don't understand what kind of emergency work they have in snap or insta....in kids therapy session they wasted like this but the boss can't see it... because these people only will go and bitching about you if you go to restroom also...for these people they don't have any rules and regulations but for other if they will go to restroom also it's a very big issue...you can't even talk with people if you like to talk with them they will tell it's groupism...this centre will destroy your mental peace. please think before you join here🙏...Read More
