The team is very supportive. CEO Paul San is very understanding and provides good support on technical skills understanding side. Sumit San is manager cum best friend. Solid wall of concrete. Definitely good place to work for extensive learning.

Job security is less as the Japanese market is a hard nut to crack.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
