My experience with hexaware is horrible since starting. They hired me without declared night shifts in project. After that, client fired all team without any formal email to the company(now you can understand image of hexaware in client eyes). 3- after that they are not able to provide any project as match with my skill sets. Hrteam behaving like local goons... 4- Very interesting 🤣 they cut 10 k from my full and final . because laptop had minor damage like not visible. I summited my laptop in good condition. All depends on the manager attitude. If you are lucky, you get energetic Manager and you can do innovations. If you get an ordinary manager then blames will be on your way. Zero appreciation but 100% discouragement.

Nothing wrong. There are few unqualified managers who make everything worst. It will happen only for bad luck people as most are Good

People don't talk about it openly. There are news that on bench are asked to leave with no compensation but there is no way to authenticate it.

The processes are not defined. Activity management is considered ad project management. Organization is against skip level meetings. There is little or no work life balance, the purpose of doing things at times isn't very clear.
