There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. Management people always looking for employee mistake even if it is small as well, so they can cut off employee VPA points. If there is any leave but they never allows to take leave....Read More

Lot of politics, people at Manager /architect/Lead level form groups and never welcome new member easily into the team. Won't recommend at all. Learnings wise not much to learn.

Weird system. Wont recommend at all for experienced.

It's my first company so i liked most of the things but realized lately that everything's fake and each personality is fake and all are selfish.

Dislikes

When your manager forgets her words about you after completion of work especially during appraisal. But during hard time when Hex was about lose the project/client the same manager was assuring that she will give everything possible, where we worked day&night so hard and completed the project. Now the manager won't even remember me.

Stakeholders act major part. No shield to protect their employees from stakeholders. No proper mediclaim. Person in band 2 will get insurance for self and spouse. No 2 way transport. Admin can change your cab time of yours. If they get another process who loggs off at the same time of your will get cab on time but they make the regular cab users wait for 2 hours and procide cab at 12 in the midnight. You would hardly be 30 mints away but would reach home after 3 hours. Very poor management. Very poor hike given for appraisals...Read More

Dislikes

Not any dislikes but things can be improved in qualifications basis work allotment and talent should be nurtured but due to the lack of awareness, everyone is treated same. This thing is good from someone’s point of view but as far as I believe that Talent should be nurtured and appreciated.

Forget salary hikes in first year after joining. Terrible appraisal (verbal Jan - Dec) & increment (salary increase in Sep - Aug) cycles. God knows what logic. Only support projects to work on.
