Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

Nothing, the management is bull shit, policies are worst. Not safe environment to work.

No Salary, OTs are paid as in like they are paying for labour 500 or 800 maximum. To a AM/TL agent level it is even worst.

When we Approach any one on teams or mail orbeven call them on teams they will not acknowledge or respond to get the issue resolved internally. Everytime when ticket is raised then only the the resolution come that time also there is no acknowledgement or response back to the owner.
