Only thing is they given me a job that only I liked.

No work life balance. No proper parking. Everyday extending the shift more than 2 hours due to less FT. Annual hike is very less. There is no fun friday anything we are working like a robot.. Lot of issues there can't tell all.

I think, nowadays for all of us it's important to maintain workl-life balance which can be easily achieve at Hexaware. And over here one's efforts and dedication is equally rewarded as well.

Frankly speaking there isn't anything to highlight. But, still if I have to than I think training on other products if given would add one more quality to it.

No proper workflow, very dependent on client, poor work life balance, fake recognition (without any awards and rewards ), no gym , no room for stress buster being in bps, no official email account for employees below to team leader roles, no increment, no promotion, no health insurance coverage for family till team leader role

Company is supporting average to the employee, they have converted yearly hike into one time bonus that is very bad/unfortunate for the employee for their future.

Dislikes

Management, specially HR section is very week. They are even able to provide convincing reply to their employee.
