Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

I find it very difficult to understand the promotion and salary appraisal cycle. This needs to more transparent and employee oriented

It's my first company so i liked most of the things but realized lately that everything's fake and each personality is fake and all are selfish.

Dislikes

When your manager forgets her words about you after completion of work especially during appraisal. But during hard time when Hex was about lose the project/client the same manager was assuring that she will give everything possible, where we worked day&night so hard and completed the project. Now the manager won't even remember me.

Appraisal cycle is not good.for new joiner if they join after August then first hike will be given after 1 and half yr.for all employees appraisal cycle is jan-dec but hike letter comes in July/aug

Not much, company have some good project and some bad project. It all depends on Manager you got

Dislikes

Work life balance is worst, constantly ask to extend the working hours and at the end no recognization. The increment and promotion is not given based on you performance. They will ask you to work 12 hours everyday and also ask you to work over weekends.

There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits.
