Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

- Worst workplace. - Biased HR team. - Ethnicity promoted. Locals are adored and outsiders will remain outsiders. - Hypocrisy. Lecture on Guidelines/Promotion/Appraisal for people they had to hire to fill spots and making exceptions without counting for people they wanted/needed to hire to meet all the performance metrics. - No realvalue of TL/AM designation. When they start insulting you, they don't remember who they're speaking to. -Advisor says, Support staff is bad.....HR will jump on them like vultures. Support staff shares same concern: 1000 questions, no real action and teaching their guidelines. - That same Agent impacts the score, gets escalation..... warning letter will be issued in support staff's name in no time by the same hardworking people from HR team....Read More

Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

1. While interviewing candidates they will give false claims that allowances will be given, food card will be given, we are following hybrid working model. But nothing is true. Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.

no job security all. In bench they will ask you to fake your Cv with client requirements, and will force you to attend interview, even if you don't have that skill sets. If you unable to clear any interview after 3 chances, they will ask you to put the paper.
